Know the cause of thyroiditis or thyroid cancer and try to treat it

In order to improve our understanding of thyroid cancer, we looked into the types of thyroid cancer, the causes of thyroid cancer, and the characteristics of thyroid cancer.Thyroid cancer is a generic term for cancers that occur in the thyroid gland and was classified into various subtypes according to their morphology and characteristics. The main types of cancer included thyroid medullary cancer, thyroid follicular cancer, thyroid papillary cancer, and reverse-plastic cancer.Thyroid medullary cancer was a rare type that accounted for a small portion of the total thyroid cancer. It originated from C cells that mainly occur in thyroid water quality and secrete calcitonin hormones related to calcium regulation. The cancer was often diagnosed as an increase in calcitonin levels. Therefore, measuring calcitonin levels played an important role in the diagnosis of thyroid medullary cancer.Thyroid follicle cancer is the second most common type of thyroid cancer after papillary cancer, and occurred mainly in their 40s and 50s. The cancer invaded the thyroid blood vessels and had a lot of metastasis to other organs such as the brain, bone, and lungs, which could have a slightly disadvantageous prognosis compared to papillary cancer.Thyroid papilla cancer was a common type of thyroid cancer and accounted for the majority of all thyroid cancers. In particular, it is known to occur more frequently in areas where iodine intake is high, and it is known to grow slowly and have a good prognosis.Reverse-plastic cancer was a rare type of thyroid cancer, accounting for less than one percent of all thyroid cancers. This cancer occurred over time as undifferentiated cancer and appeared mainly after the 60s. It may have been difficult to diagnose and treat because of its fast growth rate and bad prognosis. When investigating the cause of thyroid cancer, radiation exposure, genetic factors, and history of thyroid disease were cited as major risk factors. In particular, radiation exposure was an important risk factor for thyroid cancer, and the higher the amount of radiation exposed, the higher the incidence. Family history, dietary factors, and hormonal changes can also increase the risk of developing thyroid cancer, so attention was needed to the cause of thyroid cancer.I looked into suspected symptoms of thyroid cancer, diagnosis, treatment and management. Thyroid cancer is often asymptomatic and was often found by chance during a general medical examination. When I felt abnormalities in the thyroid region, I could suspect thyroid cancer, especially if a lump such as thyroid aneurysm touched or showed symptoms such as voice changes, difficulty breathing and swallowing, and swollen lymph nodes. If symptoms such as thyroiditis appear, it was important to visit a medical institution immediately for diagnosis.DIAGNOSTIC METHODTo diagnose thyroid cancer, we conducted an ultrasound examination of the thyroid gland. This test evaluated the morphology and characteristics of thyroid nodules and helped identify various characteristics suspected of thyroid cancer. In addition, if thyroid nodules are suspected to be cancer, a Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy was conducted to check the presence of cancer cells. The biopsy was a relatively quick diagnostic method and contributed greatly to accurate diagnosis.DIETARY MANAGEMENT FOR THYROID CANCER PATIENTProper diet management was very important in the course of treatment and recovery of thyroid cancer patients. In particular, it was emphasized to maintain a nutritious and balanced diet by eating foods rich in calcium and iodine. In this hospital, the diet chef team prepared nutritious meals every day for thyroid cancer patients, and provided a customized diet considering the patient’s health and constitution. This diet management helped patients recover their physical strength and improve their overall health.anticancer immunotherapy to strengthen immunityIn order to restore the immunity and physical strength of thyroid cancer patients, our hospital conducted anticancer immunotherapy. The therapy included imunocyanin, antioxidant therapy, mist, simosine alpha 1, high-concentration vitamin C injection, and nutritional infusion, which were effective in relieving problems and suppressing cancer cell metastasis and recurrence. Anti-cancer immunotherapy has greatly contributed to improving the quality of life of thyroid cancer patients. In order to restore the immunity and physical strength of thyroid cancer patients, our hospital conducted anticancer immunotherapy.
